This conference is open for pastors, associational leaders, and church leaders alike. This will be a day of intense conversations centered around strategic topics relating toward revitalization of the local church and how to reach different generations in your church. If you are uncertain if your church is in need of revitalization, believe you are in need of revitalization, or simply interested in hearing more, then you are invited to join the conversation.

The Role of the Pastor Conference is an opportunity to hear key leaders share their insights on four different roles of a pastor. Role of the pastor as evangelist, teacher, encourager, and leader. You will leave this event both encouraged and challenged as you do the work of a pastor.

Join us for the Church Revitalization Retreat! This is a time for you and your spouse to get away and have invested time of fellowship with other revitalizers as well as engage in further study of revitalization of your church. This year we are combining forces with Role of the Pastor Conference. We will begin with the conference and then will continue into more specific revitalization content. Registration is open only to Senior Pastors in the SBTC Revitalization Tracks. Email Delainey Staats, to register.

This is a time for the pastor, staff or key leadership team to come together for strategic planning for the church for the purpose of revitalization. There will be large group time, as well as individual consultations provided by revitalization leaders to assist in future planning for your church.

Non-Revitalization pastor and staff members, $20 fee/per person
