Executive Pastors & Administrators Network
This network provides the opportunity for ministers to avoid the “island” by connecting with others in a similar role. It is designed for connecting at a professional and personal level, sharing helpful resources, discovering best practices for leading the modern church, and providing personal encouragement. This is a network for ministers leading ministries and/or staff who are not the Lead (Senior) Pastor.

Church Tax Seminars
These seminars are meant to inform and educate church leaders and administrators about church and pastoral tax laws as well as any new or revised tax laws and procedures for the upcoming year.
Equip Conference
The Equip Conference provides leadership training for all aspects of ministry and is designed for the local church who wants to see their leaders developed.
Sexual Abuse Awareness
For the last ten years the SBTC has been working with MinistrySafe to provide protection from sexual abuse in our churches.
