Requirements

  • Must be a member of an SBTC-affiliated church
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, Word and Excel will be pre-assessed
  • Aptitude for mastery of event management and database software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to travel several times per year
  • Ministering mindset in a growing relationship with Christ

Located in Grapevine, the SBTC offices are centrally placed for commuting from all parts of Dallas/Fort Worth and the surrounding area. Four cities within commuting distance are among the top 100 best cities in the US to live, according to Livability.com -- Richardson, McKinney, Denton and Fort Worth, for their affordable housing costs, strong job markets and great school districts. Some of the highest ranked schools in Texas are within easy driving distance of our office including Carroll, Grapevine-Colleyville, Rockwall, Keller and Hurst-Euless-Bedford independent school districts.

Student Ministry Assistant

Provide principal administrative/secretarial support for the Student Ministry Associate. Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship with the day-to-day activities of the Ministry Associate. Perform varied clerical and secretarial duties, requiring knowledge of office routine and procedure as well as an understanding of the SBTC, its programs, missions and ministry.
