At the heart of the Advancing Mission pathway is a commitment to mobilize churches in giving and sending for the advancement of the gospel. Through the Cooperative Program, we partner with the Southern Baptist Convention to extend the reach of missions across Texas and around the world. As churches give, 45% of undesignated funds remain in Texas to support local ministry efforts, while 55% is sent to SBC entities for national and international missions. By joining together in generous giving, we empower churches to fulfill the Great Commission, transforming lives and communities for Christ.
The Cooperative Program is our primary giving model. This is how we advance mission in Texas and around the world by partnering with the Southern Baptist Convention.
The mission is further advanced through the Reach Texas State Missions Offering. 100% of this offering is used for missions and evangelism efforts through SBTC churches.
