church profile (acp)

get started

As we seek to minister to you and other churches around Texas, having accurate up-to-date information is vital. The ACP information helps us effectively plan events, prepare resources, allocate ministry funds and evaluate needs.

NEW things regarding ACP reporting for 2021:

  • All ACP reporting for Oct 2020-Sept 2021 will be through SBC WORKSPACE.
  • Congregations will be able to access their username and password information from their state convention or LifeWay.

What does the ACP do?

The Annual Church Profile (ACP) tracks baptisms, attendance and giving statistics in Southern Baptist life.

Why is it important?

This information helps us effectively plan events, prepare resources, allocate ministry funds and evaluate needs. Per the SBC bylaws, the SBC Credentials Committee uses your reported Undesignated Receipts each year to determine your church’s messenger eligibility. Your participation in annually reporting this data is vital for participation in SBTC and SBC life.

When is it due?

For the 2020-2021 reporting year, report ACP data by no later than February 28, 2022.

For ACP credentials help, email acp@sbtexas.com.

ACP data will be entered in SBC Workspace for Oct 2020-Sept 2021.
