Through business conferences and seminars, the SBTC brings experts in the fields of insurance, tax and law online for training and dialog.

Churches need to handle God’s money in a safe way beyond reproach. Recognizing the potential pitfalls and staying up to date on the latest changes in laws and key issues is imperative in helping a church stay focused on ministry. These seminars are meant to inform and educate church leaders and administrators about church and pastoral tax laws as well as any new or revised tax law and procedures for the upcoming year.

Stephanie Buduhan, CPA

Principal, PSK LLP

Stephanie is a principal at PSK. She began her tenure as a PSK intern and has been with the Firm since 2007. She serves the church and nonprofit sectors both locally and nationally with comprehensive auditing services. Stephanie is very involved with training and speaking at many church seminars and conferences. Stephanie puts great value on the relationships she has with her clients, she always insures to go above and beyond what her clients expect from their auditor.

Rodney Smith, CPA, CFE

Partner, PSK LLP

Rodney Smith is a partner with PSK LLP, a CPA firm located in Arlington, Texas. During his 15-year tenure with the firm, he has served churches and faith-based organizations across the nation with auditing services, fraud prevention and other consulting services. He is also a frequent speaker on church administration topics, and has authored training curriculum and articles for industry publications such as TCN’s Insights magazine.

Bryan Baughman, CPA

Partner, PSK LLP

Bryan found his home at PSK after starting his career with KPMG in their Fort Worth office. Bryan's area of focus is auditing and consulting with nonprofit organizations. Bryan is passionate about his work and takes pride in establishing strong relationships with his clients. His clients benefit from his combination of patience, technical knowledge, and his strong desire to make a helpful impact by delivering useful solutions.
