breakout sessions
Session 1

The Hard Truth about Hard Feelings | She Grows
In a culture that excessively relies on feelings, it can be difficult to experience tough emotions without making them an idol. Explore what the Bible says about our relationship with our feelings. Analyze biblical examples of jealousy, envy, shame, and guilt. Apply scriptural understanding of these emotions to your own experience, gaining practical tools to help submit your tough feelings to scriptural truth.

Women Around Your Table | She Gathers
Throughout Scripture, we see Jesus gathering people, breaking bread around the table, and loving them well. In this session, we’ll discover the biblical call to hospitality, how to welcome and love like Jesus, and discuss modern methods of hospitality towards saints and sinners as we share his gospel around our own tables.

Parenting: The Hardest Job You’ll Ever Do (and hopefully love!) | She Glorifies
Parenting is the hardest job you’ll ever do (and hopefully love). No matter where you are on your parenting journey, God’s Word is full of encouragement and wisdom, whether everything is great or full of difficulties.

Session 2

Emotional Health & Spiritual Growth | She Grows
Our emotional health affects our spiritual growth. The transforming power of the gospel can heal our woundedness, but too many believers experience a disconnect between what they know about God and how they live and feel. If we do not turn to God to transform our emotional brokenness, we will transmit that pain to others. Learn how to overcome dysfunctional beginnings and sinful responses and how to help yourself and others mature in both faith and feelings.

Comfort in Crisis | She Gathers
It is easy to feel overwhelmed and lost for words when a crisis occurs. Join the heroes of Babylon in the fiery furnace to discover God’s unwavering character in tough times and the confidence we have as his followers. Learn practical tools for offering comfort to others who are dealing with uncertain times.

Shepherding Women | She Gathers
If you lead a girl’s/women’s small group, Bible study, or minister to women in any capacity, this session is for you. We will look at four pathways to shepherding women with integrity, care, grace, and as we walk in the Spirit. Now more than ever, women need strong, faithful, and skilled leaders to equip, disciple, and teach them what is good. You will leave this session encouraged and equipped to shepherd this season in your own space God has called you.

Marks of a Godly Marriage | She Glorifies
We all need reminders of how to make your marriage stronger. Marriage is the hub of home life. Come explore the core values in a Godly Marriage.

Grateful | She Glorifies
A heart focused on God and His goodness – that is our goal as we explore what it truly means to be filled with gratitude.

Rhythms of Renewal | She Glorifies
Relationships, life, and ministry will deplete you–it’s inevitable. In this session, we’ll discover the biblical call to rest and renew in Christ, how to do it well, and why it must come with a healthy dose of reality and from a deep gratitude for the gospel of Jesus Christ. If you’re interested in leading a faithful life for the Lord, or pursuing longevity in ministry, this session is for you.
